Established in July 2022, Malco Built Pty Ltd is a medium-sized boutique construction company proudly serving the eastern suburbs of Sydney. We specialise in delivering high-end custom homes and apartments, encompassing new builds, renovations, and sophisticated alterations.
Our expertise extends beyond residential projects to include select commercial, retail and hospitality developments.

Malco Buit Pty Ltd founder, James Malouf, commenced his career in 2008 working as a Site Supervisor on large scale high rise residential apartment buildings, commercial buildings and single dwelling residential projects. He quickly progressed through the ranks which led him to be Operations Manager of many high rise residential projects valued at up to $300M. This provided James the perfect opportunity within the industry to learn the best methods of delivery and quality across all sectors which he has now honed into the fine art of meticulous project delivery for his clients.​

Shortly after its inception, Borek Thorovsky joined Malco Built Pty Ltd as Commercial Manager. Borek brings a wealth of experience to the organisation having worked across all sectors of commercial, government, hospitality, retail, education and class 1 single dwelling housing since the year 2000. He has developed a sharp regiment over the years which ensures all projects are delivered on time and on budget.
